Get your stomach ready for some “Pittsburgh” food. This truck started with the idea of “breaking bread” come and break the bread on the sandwiches they’re serving.   You basically build your own sandwich.  You get to choose your own bread, meat, cheese, and toppings.  Many of the sauces are house made.   Owner Diane Roll had one dream, to serve delicious food with a passion that makes people smile and reminds them of a favorite memory.  Apparently, the idea for Mama’s caboose came about 7 years ago on a trip to the beach, the owner wanted to serve her Pittsburgh food to the masses from a truck that looks like a caboose with tracks coming out of the water.   After some interesting occurrences, the Caboose was born.  It took 8 months to design, develop, and finance.
