Home to succulent meats, tasty sides and more, Sooner BBQ(annually ranked in the top 2 of all BBQ restaurants in the Shenandoah Valley by the Valley Choice Awards.) With menu items featuring pork bbq, beef brisket, ribs, chicken, and homemade sides you’ll come happy and leave feeling even better. There’s also a lot of specialties on the menu like fried cheese curds, oysters, shrimp, fried green tomatoes and a “Hog Trough” a basket of fries with pork bbq, mac and cheese, baked beans, and coleslaw. You can also add corn chips in place of the fries!
Sooner’s BBQ had mostly been a seated establishment, but, owner Brad Theado wanted to make it mobile so he could serve areas and bring delicious food to areas that may not normally be touched by them. Sooner’s also tries to use local products as much and whenever possible, helping to support other local businesses and families.
On September 3rd, Sooner’s BBQ, will be at the Frontier Culture Museum in Staunton, Va to compete in the Va Food Truck Battle. Come out and show
